Visa Angels is still hopping and we are getting visas approved just about 7 weeks after applications are accepted.
A major change in the visa and cedula process is Immigration and Registro Civil is requiring a certified and Apostilled divorce document translated and notarized and presented at time of cedula application which is generally the same day the visa is placed into the passport.
This applies to those who are divorced and not remarried. If you do not have this document you must have it or you will not be able to get the cedula. Send back to the USA or where ever you are from and get it certified and apostilled. Remember NO Document from a Hague nation country is legal without an Apostille.
